How quickly do you respond?
We reply to quote requests the same business day in almost every case. If your situation is urgent — an active theft problem or a failed system — call rather than emailing and say so.
Is the on-site survey really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We walk your property, identify the coverage gaps and give you a written proposal. If you take that proposal to someone else, that is your right.
What should I have ready before you visit?
Nothing formal. It helps if you know what you are trying to prevent or prove, roughly what hours the property is unoccupied, and whether there is existing cable or an old system in place. We work the rest out on site.
Do you work with insurance requirements?
Frequently. Insurers and corporate clients often specify camera coverage, resolution or retention. Bring us the requirement and we will design to it and document that it is met.
Do you take residential work?
Our focus is commercial and industrial. We do take on large residential properties, HOAs and multi-family, but a standard single-family home is usually better served elsewhere.
